We are Out of the Box Systems, a software development company building high-performance systems for clients worldwide. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and observability stack. Terms and conditions:

  • Probationary month: $750/month
  • Starting salary: $1,000/month
  • Expected salary in a year: $2,000/month

Our expectations from the candidate:

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects.
  • Manage container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
  • Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure reliability and observability.
  • Collaborate with developers to streamline the build, test, and deployment process.
  • Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-mortems.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Practical experience with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Compose).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar).
  • Proficiency with Linux administration and shell scripting.
  • Practical skills in working with git and GitHub.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • Ability to work hard and take ownership.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
IMPORTANT:
